ASE Connects is a nationwide community that brings shops, dealerships, schools, and industry partners together to strengthen the technician workforce pipeline—while providing real value to shops and schools today. It’s built for any business that hires, trains, educates, or supports automotive, diesel, or collision technicians.

Membership is $750 per year for a single location (billed annually). This includes access to School Assist, the Industry Data Exchange, and members-only content and webinars. Top Shop career pages are available as a premium add-on for an additional $250.

School Assist makes it easy for shops to connect with local schools. Members can see exactly what support local schools are looking for and message instructors directly. School contacts are regularly updated and maintained by WrenchWay and ASE. Learn more about School Assist

We currently have over 3,200 schools participating. Our goal is to get every high school, along with every post-secondary automotive, diesel, or collision program in the country on the platform.

Industry Data Exchange

Shops provide information around technician pay, benefits, and labor rates—which is combined with verified data from thousands of shops across the country to create anonymous, actionable insights on a national as well as local level.

Yes, all shop-level data is kept confidential and displayed only in aggregate.

Users can filter by location, shop type, industry, and other relevant criteria. (Please note: Filters vary by category.) If a filter results in not enough data points, users must expand their criteria. This helps us ensure all data remains anonymous.
