We’re looking to close out 2023 strong by helping fulfill 23 School Connect projects to help out local high school and post-secondary automotive and diesel programs. Whether it is donating tools, offering shop tours, speaking to a class, or something else, helping out a local automotive or diesel program is a great way to build lasting relationships with schools and students in your area.
WrenchWay School Connect helps connect schools with shops and dealerships. Schools list out resources they could use to improve their automotive and diesel programs. Shops then scroll through to see if there is anything they can help with. Both sides can message each other right on the platform. It is completely free for schools and is included with WrenchWay’s Top Shop program for shops and dealerships.

TMPS Tools

Wilmot High School has tire rotations, tire mounting, and balancing as part of our automotive courses. Recently our TPMS tool has not been able to work for sensor cloning or even relearn services. We are actively seeking newer tools to complete these services.
Small Engine Tools

Mopar Resto-Mod Parts

We’re looking to see if anyone has a 6.4L Hemi, an 8HP70 transmission, and PCM for us to drop into a 1968 Plymouth Satellite Resto-Mod project. Ideally, these could come from a Charger or Challenger that was totaled. Donating a totaled car may be easier, then the kids can pull the parts.

Rolling Cart, Basic Tool Kit, and Aprons

We try to introduce students to the basics while in a temporary facility with minimal funding. We could use some basics like the following:
- Basic tool set
- Rolling cart
- Smocks or aprons (our students wear uniforms, so we need to protect them.)
We are lacking our own set of basic tools and need some sort of storage like a rolling cart. Also, our kids wear uniforms so more smocks would also be good.
