WrenchWay and ASE are very excited to announce the 2nd annual Voice of Technician Survey is now open!
Last year, we introduced the Voice of Technician survey to gather feedback from automotive and diesel technicians, along with students studying to become technicians. We wanted to get a pulse around:
- Job satisfaction
- Important factors when looking for a job
- Industry issues
- And more
Over 650 technicians, students, and professionals working in the automotive and diesel industry responded to the survey, and we were able to release the ever-so-popular 2023 Voice of Technician Survey Report.
Partnering with ASE to Amplify the Voice of Technicians
Because of the great feedback from last year’s report, we’re bringing the survey back this year. We’ve kept most of the questions the same, so we can compare results year after year and provide further insights into how the state of the industry is evolving, from the perspective of technicians.
This year, we are honored to be partnering with ASE on the Voice of Technician survey and report. ASE’s dedication to the industry and to technician education and certification, make them the ideal partner to help us amplify the voices of those working on the front lines of the industry. Together, we’re committed to ensuring that this year’s survey not only captures meaningful data but also drives actionable change, providing valuable insights that shop owners, managers, and technicians can leverage to improve their operations and workplace culture.
